Alexus Williams, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Sports & Entertainment Group advocates for professional athletes, collegiate student-athletes, and youth in negotiating uniform player contracts, ambassador deals, endorsements, and marketing contracts. She is a Certified Player Agent for the National Basketball Players Association, FIBA-Licensed Agent and is pending her Contract Advisor certification with the National Football League Players Association. Ms. Williams’ expertise allows her to advise and assist her clients with every aspect of their athletic and post-athletic careers. 

Alexus has an extensive legal background spanning across various industries. She specializes in criminal litigation, business operations, contract negotiations, internal policy compliance and document drafting, and company process development.

Ms. Williams served as an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of Saint Louis. Alexus prosecuted domestic violence and sexual assault crimes as a member of the Special Victims Unit. She also served as an Assistant County Counselor for Saint Louis County, litigated for an AM Law 100 firm, and acted as Legal Counsel for a Fortune 200 company.

Alexus’ educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology and Sports Administration from Howard University and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is finishing her Masters of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management at Georgetown University. Alexus is a Missouri and Illinois Bar licensed attorney.

Ms. Williams is an extremely decorated and awarded counselor. She has been the recipient of the Missouri Lawyers Media Diversity & Inclusion Award, the Women's Justice Award for pro bono service, the Young Lawyers Division Award of Merit presented by The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and was selected as a top 12 attorney to participate as a fellow in the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.

In the spirit of community service, Alexus serves as the Events Coordinator and Logistics Director for a non-profit health organization and social run club, Run It Up Dallas. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and is an active member of the Dallas Alumnae Chapter.
